We offer a range of services suited around specific needs of the service user such as Dementia, Mental Health, People with an eating disorder, Learning difficulties or autism spectrum disorder, Sensory Impairment and Physical Disability for adults from the age of 18 – 65 and 65+, provided we can meet the individual’s care needs. This is achieved by supporting them within their own home.

Our care services will provide a comprehensive support solution that will be tailored where necessary to best suit the individual needs of each of our service users.

The list of activities below represents the key areas of support we will be offering to our service users:

• Personal care – washing, showering, bathing, dressing & undressing, continence management, management of mobility, nutritional needs, maintaining fluid intake, assistance with getting up and going to bed and washing hair
• Medication prompting or administration
• Domestic help – shopping, housework, laundry, finance, meal preparation, social integration, social visits, schools, sports, outings and day or night sitting services
• Social Care – companionship, social skills and social interaction, stimulation, escorting to medical, social and educational appointments, pet care, participation in hobbies, activities, outings and holidays, support to maintain tenancies, general supported living assistance
• Specialist services – support of people with Autism, support of people with severe epilepsy including the use of rescue, medications and behaviour management.
