On July 12–13, 2025, the Filcare team came together at Great Notley Country Park for an unforgettable Team Building event centered around the theme SYNDEO — a Greek word meaning “to connect.”
More than just a gathering, SYNDEO represented the heart of our organization: building meaningful relationships, strengthening teamwork, and celebrating the diversity that unites us.
The event began with lively icebreakers that encouraged open communication, laughter, and camaraderie among team members. One of the most memorable moments was the energetic Unity Dance, led by our senior team members, which brought everyone together in a fun and inspiring way.
Adding excitement and creativity to the event, each team proudly performed their own chants, showcasing team spirit, enthusiasm, and pride. The atmosphere was filled with encouragement, collaboration, and genuine connection.
A major highlight of the event was the Amazing Race challenge, where teams worked together through a series of activities designed to strengthen trust, communication, and cooperation. Every challenge reflected the true spirit of SYNDEO — proving that success is best achieved when we work together as one team.
Beyond the games and activities, the event also became a celebration of culture and diversity through food. Team members shared dishes that reflected their heritage and traditions — from Filipino Pancit and Empanada, to Pakistani chicken patties, Russian salad, and creamy tomato pasta, alongside flavourful Indian vegetable noodles. Each dish told a story of culture, family, and unity, reminding us that our differences are what make our team stronger.
SYNDEO 2025 was more than a team-building event — it was a meaningful experience that deepened relationships, strengthened collaboration, and reminded us of the importance of connection in everything we do.
